The Sound of Cooking

Cooking is not only a gustative or a visual experience. It is also an auditory experience (not to mention tactile and olfactory). This 2025 session will delve into the swish-swoosh-sizzle-crackle-pop of how to monitor your dishes by how they sound. Full schedule coming soon.
